Just a Glimpse
11/16/09 All the threads come together as the dragon gives Derrexi and the girls a subtle, yet significant little gift. I just finished inking and scanning the last three pages for this chapter, except they might not be the LAST last. Back when I was storyboarding the chapter I left out a little scene that I felt was a bump in the narrative, but it contains the seed for a very important development in the chapter after the next (yes, I plan that far ahead :) ) that will change the life of one character drastically, and forever. So, that little scene will come as an epilogue, and after that epilogue, the chapter will truly end before the year's end too. I'm prolly going to take a two-week break from Nahast after that, to resume updating on January 2010. Enjoy these last few pages of the chapter! (and if you do enjoy them, consider nominating Nahast for the Webcomic List's Awards, given the minimal votes Nahast got for the Webcomic Reader's Choice Awards).
